During the summers, Clem’s Canteen & Creamery is open every Wild West Spectacular Show day: 11:00 am - 9:30 pm in our lobby for dine in OR carry out. Offering lactose free soft serve with choice of toppings, specialty grilled cheese & smoked pulled pork sandwiches, Hawks Hill wagyu and Hebrew Nation hotdogs, popcorn, candy, soda, tea, lemonade and select canned beers & wine.
